Registration Fees, dates and conditions

General facts

  • ESAT 2024 will be held as an in-person only event.
  • The registration fee includes:
    • participation and abstract management
    • hotel accommodation (see below for details)
    • conference documents and materials 
    • all meals, Welcome Reception, and the Conference Dinner.


  • Regular delegates will be assigned a single bedroom.
  • PhD students will be assigned to a double bedroom with shared occupancy.
  • Two PhD students are welcome to be assigned to a double bedroom together upon request.
  • If PhD students wish to have a single bedroom, they must register as regular delegates.
  • All delegates have the option to bring a partner for an upcharge. Please contact us via email if you are interested.


The registration opens on January 15th 2024 and you closes on April 15th 2024. 

Participants who are not registered by the deadline will be withdrawn from the conference program.

After filling in the Registration form, the invoice with all the payment instructions will be generated automatically. 

Cancellation and Refunds

The registration fee will be refunded (with a deduction of 10 % to cover the handling costs) if participation in the Symposium is cancelled in writing orientatively 2 months before the conference starts. No refund will be granted after this date.
